Grants

The Board of Trustees, with Owners Approval, are excited to be offering an Owners Grant in 2024.

  1. Applications will open on 1 February 2024 and close 31 May 2024 (longer application period than 2023)
  2. Payment will of the grants will be made on/around 20 June 2024.
  3. You must be a confirmed and registered Owner in Pouakani C No. 1B Sec. 1 Block and Pouakani C No. 1B Sec. 2 Block.
  4. Trusts are eligible for application as per the following:
    • Application must be filled out by a Trustee, Chair, Treasurer or Secretary of the Trust;
    • The Trust bank account must be supplied
  5. Payment can only be made into New Zealand bank accounts
  6. Grants can only be applied for by each entity or natural person once. If you have succeeded shares from multiple people under different alias, you will only be entitled to one grant.

Payment Details

As approved at the 2022 and reaffirmed at the 2023 Special General Meetings, the Owners Grant can be received either through a bank deposit, or through a Prezzie Card.
